Sales Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the sales of products (referred to hereinafter as "Product") and any order placed with and accepted by EON Supply Inc. (referred to hereinafter as "Seller"). EON Supply Inc. is the sole operator and administrator of (referred to hereinafter as "Online Store"). 


Seller accepts Paypal and major credit cards for any online order placed with the online store and payment must be recieved and confirmed before shipment. Seller's affiliate vendors may offer credit term for qualified buyers but subject to approval. Please email to to request for credit application, we will have one of the seller's affialate vendors to contact buyer.    


Free standard shipping is only applicable to orders placed with the online store over $50 without any price match, special discount offered or special quote. Free standard shipping is limited to buyers with shipping addresses located within the United States excluding Alaska & Hawaii.

All orders will be shipped directly from Houston,Texas United States of America and other stocking locations within United States.

All orders with in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt. Seller will notify buyer if order cannot be fulfilled within 2 days due to stock availability issue and any delay in shipment. Buyer will be informed of the lead time required for the backorder.      

All orders with free standard shipping will be shipped via Standard UPS Ground, USPS or motor freight (LTL) at the sole discretion of the Seller. Any request for expedite shipping or special shipping arrangement by buyer will be at buyer's expense. 


Cancellation of online store order will only be accepted if the order is backordered or has not been shipped and does not include custom product item, designated sourced products, emergency responded product or product items marked "non-cancellable" or "non-returnable". Total order amount paid will be refunded to the buyer for such order cancellation appoved by Seller. 

Request for quote

Email RFQ to for discount, price match or any product not available in the online store. Seller or affiliate vendor will get back to the buyers with quote and availability. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that our quotation meets the technical and commercial requirements of the inquiry and service applications. 


Returns will be accepted for exchange or replacement of defective materials, parts or product subject to the term and conditions of the warranty. Seller will accept return for incorrect product shipped by mistake caused by seller without any restocking charges and Seller will provide return shipping label or BOL for such returns. Under no circumstances may any product, parts or material be returned that are used and damaged by the buyer. Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued by seller for the appoved return. Credit Memo for the accepted and approved returns will be issued to Customer after inspection and approved by Seller.

There will be restocking fee for incorrect product ordered return, any order placed by mistake caused by the buyer or any other reason except under the term and conditions of the warranty appoved by Seller. The shipping cost and arrangment of such return is the responsibility of the buyer and it is subject to the following conditions:

  • All materials or products must be properly packaged, must be sent back complete and unused or have not been installed and are in resalable condition.
  • Products or material returned within the first 30 days from date of purchase will be credited or refunded after dedcuting the 25% restocking fee.
  • Parts returned 30-60 days from date of purchase are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Seller reserves the right to charge a minimum of 40% restocking charge or deny a credit for damaged or used products.
  • No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual return basis.
  • Return and Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

Limited Warranty 

All products are sold new and is warranted for a period of 10 months from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any piece found to be defective under normal use and service without any modification of the original product by the buyer may be repaired or replaced with parts or component within 10 months from the date of purchase. Return and Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Repairs on products to be free from defects in workmanship or material for 6 months from delivery, or the remaining initial warranty period, whichever expires later. 

Seller reserves the right to inspect products claimed defective under warranty. A defective product is not to be returned to the seller unless authorized and an RMA number provided by the seller. 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seller be liable to Buyer or third party for any special, incidental or consequential damages, any loss of use, revenue or profit, whether similar or dissimilar, of any nature arising or resulting from the purchase, shipment, delay, installation, removal, repair, operation, use or breakdown of the product(s) or any other cause whatsoever, including negligence.
